Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note that during periods of high demand or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Destinations

LEVAIN LABEL ships locally and internationally.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding processing time):

Deliery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier operations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

LEVAIN LABEL is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance processes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

LEVAIN LABEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LEVAIN LABEL is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

We recommend shipping to a secure address.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and assist accordingly.
